These intake plenums are designed to work with our Hatch Glass Replacement Panels.  These are made from .080″ aluminum and accept a K&N 33-2640 air filter.  This kit comes with both aluminum intake plenums along with the brackets to attach them to the chassis.  The air filters, “T” intake pipe and other parts of the cold air intake in the photos are NOT included.  This kit is just for the aluminum boxes and mounting brackets.  The round holes in each plenum are sized for 4″ intake pipe, which gets bonded into the plenum.

In the set up in the photos here, only one side is feeding the engine so that we could install the MAF in the straight tube to the driver’s side of the throttle body.  On the passenger side, that tube is blocked off and the bottom of the air plenum is cut out so that fresh air can flow thru the filter and into the engine bay for additional cooling.
